Beacon has a complete Fitness Center, including ample body building and aerobic equipment. The Owners wanted a defined stretching, yoga and Pilates area which we are creating in an underutilised meeting room. We will be maintaining the existing wenge panelization, swapping out the inset panels for mirrors and providing new rubber flooring that looks like leather, enhancing the elegance of the space. We completed Phase1 this summer including conceptual sketches and a budget. We will kick off the project this fall.
