This functional master plan was dedicated to a study of the building’s physical plant and service functions. Partnering with the IP Group Engineers, we provided an analysis of mechanical systems and energy efficiency, in addition to making programmatic and plan recommendations for a reorganization that would provide better use of resident and staff service functions. This study recognizes the importance of improving the parts of a building that may not be seen often by visitors but can contribute strongly to operational efficiency and cost savings of the building.
