These three sister pre-war buildings have wonderful bones, simple and elegant. Although its exterior is wonderfully preserved, the interior could not be seen in its best light because of various unfortunate changes through the years.  Following a lobby renovation where we worked with the Board to make subtle changes and restore the neo-classical interiors, the elevator cabs were redone in rich dark wood paneling and satin bronze.
