In order to guide this 310-resident building with prioritizing their renovation resources, ECAPC developed a Master Plan that addresses staff and service functions, resident amenities, and aesthetic upgrades for the first and lower levels. We analyzed and observed existing conditions and operations and interviewed staff and management, providing annotated plan options for each floor.  Looking at the building’s issues comprehensively and methodically has allowed the building to feel more confident about the path of their upgrade plan. Phase one implementation of this exercise was our design of a new concierge desk/package area.
