Following the completion of the façade renovations and new accessible entrance, ECAPC was commissioned to analyze overall lobby accessibility of both buildings and to recommend options for improvements. We provided a code analysis and plan and three-dimensional studies to help the building to explore alternatives, each with their own lists of advantages and disadvantages. A package like this allows the board to feel confident that they have explored options before dedicating funds to the full design and construction of a project.
