Since SAGE first relocated their offices to this location in 2006, we have been working with them to accommodate their rapidly-expanding headquarters. Now that they serve as the National Resource Center on LGBT Aging issues and have expanded programming services with the ownership of a full floor in the building, the current project is for a master plan of all SAGE spaces and design of a new office floor specific to constituent counseling and support services. The design incorporates Universal Design Principles that benefit all ages, maximizing sustainable and energy-saving practices.
